Once you have completed your Intro Special it is always best to
keep you commitment to yourself and your practice as strong as you can.
When you practice on a regular basis - 10 to 15 times a month -
you will be able to continue build strength, increase flexibility and reduce stress.
Your mind will be calm and your whole body will smile.
